As a Senior Operations Consultant at Baylor Scott & White Health, he played a pivotal role in shaping the vision and goals of Grapevine Medical Center. Prior to that, he advised senior leadership at JPS Health Network on business project planning and led process improvement initiatives involving Green Belts, Black Belts, and Master Black Belts. He also led projects at Texas Health Resources that resulted in substantial operational improvements.
In his early career, Robert served for 24 years in the United States Marine Corps, where he oversaw the Quality Assurance program and implemented process improvement initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency.
His military background laid the groundwork for his later achievements in the corporate world, including roles at Bell Helicopter and Textron, where he led change management strategies and process improvement projects.
Robert holds a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Management. He is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt Project Manager and Lean/Variation/DFSS Six Sigma Black Belt. He is also a certified Master Change Agent and a Certified Professional and Executive Coach.
