Team Engagement Workshop. With a focus on building team trust and communication, your team will walk away from this 1-day workshop with leadership skills that are necessary before they can achieve process improvement. Half-day workshops are available upon request. 

Rapid Improvement Workshop. During this 3 to 5-day training, Robert will facilitate your team’s progress through a real problem they're facing. This fast-paced Kaizen event enables your team to implement rapid improvement by working together to find a real solution. They'll present their solution to your Executive Team during the workshop for immediate feedback.  

Business Process Mapping. Gain a clear picture of how work flows through your organization so you can identify inefficiencies, eliminate bottlenecks, and uncover opportunities for improvement. Robert can facilitate a collaborative mapping session with your team or develop the process map independently through interviews with key stakeholders.
