Led by Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Robert Simmons, an on-site workshop helps your team become more engaged and productive.


Whether you need to build trust among team members (a prerequisite to process improvement) or achieve rapid improvements to a real-world problem, Robert will guide your team to achieve tangible results. 


Team Engagement Workshop. With a focus on building team trust and communication, your team will walk away from this 1-day workshop with leadership skills that are necessary before they can achieve process improvement. Half-day workshops are available upon request.


Rapid Improvement Workshop. During this 3 to 5-day training, Robert will facilitate your team’s progress through a real problem they're facing. This fast-paced Kaizen event enables your team to implement rapid improvement by working together to find a real solution. They'll present their solution to your Executive Team during the workshop for immediate feedback.

The Green Belt Certification Program is 6 weeks long. You’ll spend 4 hours per week in instructor-led training, plus 14 hours of self-paced training. So, a total of 40 hours to complete the training. You'll also need to complete a Green Belt project within 12 months of the last class.


The Yellow Belt Certification Program is 4 weeks long. You’ll spend 4 hours per week in instructor-led training, plus 14 hours of self-paced training. So, a total of 40 hours to complete the training. You'll also need to complete a Yellow Belt project within 12 months of the last class.

Yes. A payment plan is available upon request. However, payment must be made in full before the start of your certification program.

No. Once you’ve completed the coursework and passed the final certification exam, you will never need to renew your certificate. And you’ll have lifetime access to all materials provided during the program. 

Yes! From the OR to the ER, Robert has certified individuals and teams in every department of a healthcare system—even the IT department.

A lunch break is factored into the schedule. Lunch must be provided either by the company or by each employee attending the training.

No, participants in a workshop do not earn a certification. Yellow and Green Belt Certification Programs are available in-person upon request.
